Creators is an influencer marketplace that connects:

Creators (Influencers): Individuals or entities offering content creation, promotions, or collaborations

Clients (Businesses/Brands): Individuals or organizations seeking marketing, promotion, or content services

Creators acts as an intermediary platform and does not directly provide influencer services.

3. Eligibility

To use the platform, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate and complete registration information

Have the authority to enter into legally binding agreements

Creators reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate eligibility criteria.

4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

5. Services & Transactions

For Creators:

You may list your services, pricing, and portfolio

You agree to deliver services as promised to clients

You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and offerings

For Clients:

You may browse, engage, and hire creators

You agree to provide clear project requirements

You are responsible for timely payments as agreed

Platform Role:

Creators does not guarantee results, performance, or outcomes of any collaboration.

6. Payments & Fees

Creators may charge service fees or commissions (if applicable)

All payments must be processed through approved methods on the platform (if enabled)

Refund policies, if applicable, will be defined per transaction or campaign agreement

Creators is not responsible for disputes arising from off-platform payments.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their content

By using the platform, you grant Creators a limited license to display and promote your content

You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights

Creators reserves the right to remove any content violating these terms.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes

Misrepresent identity, services, or results

Engage in harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior

Circumvent platform systems for direct deals (if restricted)

Upload malicious code or harmful content

Violation may result in suspension or permanent ban.

9. Dispute Resolution

Creators is not a party to agreements between creators and clients

In case of disputes, users are encouraged to resolve issues mutually

Creators may provide limited support but does not guarantee resolution

10. Limitation of Liability

Creators and Thinkub Labs shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of revenue, business, or reputation

Outcomes of collaborations between users

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

For violation of these Terms

For legal or regulatory reasons

At our discretion without prior notice

Users may also terminate their accounts at any time.

12. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Creators, you consent to data collection and usage practices.
